Spectrum Apartments

Problem
Spectrum Apartment Locators, a nationwide apartment locator service, wanted a new system to store and manage apartment complex data and unit amenity information. The new system needed to allow agents to perform searches for prospective customers and update apartment data and unit availability, pictures, and floor plan screenshots in real-time.

Solution
Cobb Information Systems, Inc. provided technical architecture services and jointly developed a highly available intranet and extranet on a clustered web farm to reach all of Spectrum’s design goals. Work was done on site so CIS could team up with Spectrum’s IT staff to provide technical expertise, project management skills, and development resources.

The new system allows apartment locating agents around the country to perform all their day-to-day activities more quickly and efficiently.
